For this DDM Services project the client and its customers had selected a third party IFD device and DDM Services’ role was to integrate this ATM anti-fraud solution into exterior and interior ATMs.  The prototype manufacture, assembly and initial power-up were completed ahead of schedule, which was pleasing for the client.  Integration testing, including volume transaction, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and environmental testing, was also carried out and documented for the client.

DDM Services understands fraud is a continuing threat for banks and other ATM owners.  To combat the threat of card skimming and PIN capture devices, equipment manufacturers, including DDM Services, are constantly being challenged to introduce new anti-fraud solutions.  DDM Services has many years of experience in the design and manufacture of self service ATM products and provides design and engineering services to main equipment suppliers and in some cases directly to the ATM owner.
