01-06-2010 BBVA Madrid – New revolutionary ATM installations

ABIL is a revolution regarding the traditional self-service. It has a large touch screen, direct access to all common operations and has a surface that allows support personal items to operate with greater comfort. These and other many specifications make you unique and have led to BBVA to win the prestigious award to innovation magazine The Banker. The new self-service is the result of a comprehensive study on the behavior of the client, and after more than three years of work, the new channel available specifications that make it unique: it is simple, flexible and human and BBVA has been rewarded for it. There are already 8 pilots in offices and corporate buildings, and is expected to introduce 20 more in the coming months.
